GEJ’s Former CSO Obuah Dies Of Heart Attack

The former chief security officer to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Godwin Obuah is dead. He died at the National Hospital, Abuja after suffering “massive heart attack”, TheCable reports.

It could be recalled that Obuah was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) shortly after his principal left power for purportedly benefiting from an oil bunkering deal.

The ex-CSO embarked on hunger strike while still in detention at the DSS headquarters.

He however fell ill after his release which was facilitated by his lawyer who cried out over his client’s health condition.
