The Department of State Service has again failed to present the Managing Director of the Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Mr Ifeanyi Ubah, before an FCT High Court, Abuja.

Mr Ubah who has been in the custody of the DSS since April was to be arraigned at the court today.

Recall that a Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos, weeks ago declined to give ruling in the suit demanding that the Department of State Services, DSS, be compelled to free the managing director of Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah who was arrested last week Friday over his alleged connection with a claimed theft of petrol kept in his tank farm in Lagos by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation which was valued at over N11 billion.

The DSS, in a press release by its spokesman Mr Tony Opuiyo, accused Mr Ubah of engaging in acts inimical to national security.
