Governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike of Rivers state was seen at the playground of the just concluded UEFA champions League in Cardiff.

The governor who was pictured with one of his aides was proudly wearing his Madrid muffler and cap. Luckily for him, his side lifted the glorious UEFA Champions league trophy after trashing Juventus with 4 goals.
