Inside Nigeria
Boko Haram Insurgents Slaughter 42 Farmers In Kebbi
At least 42 farmers from Aliero town, in Aliero Local Government Area of Kebbi State have reportedly been slaughtered by suspected dislodged members of the Boko Haram terrorists.
The insurgents were reported to have fled Borno State while escaping from the war zone areas.
Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu who confirmed this, on Wednesday, while addressing World Health Organization (WHO) delegates, said the victims went to Borno State for farming before they were murdered.
The WHO delegation had visited Kebbi on a courtesy visit.
Governor Bagudu says, “Just last week I was informed by one of my Commissioner that 42 farmers who are from Aliero were slaughtered by Boko Haram in Borno.
“They allowed one of them to come home free to say what happened to them”.
Governor Bagudu added that over 7,000 displaced Nigerians, who crossed over to Niger Republic, were recently re-deported to Kebbi State thereby compounding the challenges faced by the State.
While acknowledging low immunisation of children against diseases in the state, Governor Bagudu said the influx of children from Benin and Niger Republics including IDPs camps in the state, posed great threat to success of the exercise.
Speaking earlier, representative of WHO in Nigeria, Dr. Wondimagegnehu Alenu, told Governor Bagudu they had discovered that there was low immunisation in the state.
He stressed that there was need for government to embark on routine immunisation of children against diseases.

Message:
“HEALING IS THE CHILDREN’S BREAD”.
Matthew 15:21-28 KJV
21. Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
22. And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24. But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25. Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
26. But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs.
27. And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.
28. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
The conversation between our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and the Canaanian woman, in our opening scriptures, clearly shows a good example of persistence and faith. There is a saying that desperate situations, needs desperate solutions. Faith the Bible says, is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen, and without faith, it is impossible to please God, for they that come to Him, must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. {Hebrews 11:1, 6}.
Christ Jesus, has paid the total price for our redemption, and healing, with His own precious Blood, on the Cross of Calvary. When He cried, it is finished, before giving up the ghost, it means that everything that needed to be done for the total redemption of mankind, you and I, have been completely done. The Bible says, by His stripes, we are healed, and all that is required of us, is the simple exercise of our individual faith, just like the woman with the issue of blood, she said within herself, if only I can touch the helm of His garment, I will be made whole, and when she did, she got her healing miracle, instantaneously. {John 19:30; 1 Peter 2:25; Isaiah 53:5}.
Many of God’s children, are suffering untold hardships, out of ignorance. It’s like a child, whose parents have made so much savings for, in a Bank, but he or she, is still living in adject poverty and beggarly, either because, he or she, is not aware of the availability of such money, or simply because he or she, does not know how to access it. Knowledge they say, is power, but ignorance is a disease, hence the Lord admonishes us to study the Word of God, the Holy Scriptures, so that we can know and do what it says and apply it to our lives {Joshua 1:8}.
Brethren, we are greatly privileged, to have a father that loves and cares about our welfare and well-being. Stop behaving therefore, and living like an orphan. Our father, owns the heavens, the earth and everything that are therein. He said, I am the Lord, is there anything too difficult for me to do? And this is the confidence we have, because the Bible says, for with God, nothing shall be impossible, therefore, I challenge you today, exercise your faith right now, lift up your eyes from that sick bed, reach out and touch the helm of Jesus’ garment by faith, you will rise up and walk home healed, in Jesus Mighty Name, amen! {Hebrews 4:15; Jeremiah 37:27; Luke 1:37}.
Kindly take your Bibles, and read the following scriptures, to see some of the miracles, Jesus did, during His earthly ministry. All that was required was the exercise of simple faith, and great miracles followed, leading to wonderful testimonies, yours is next in line, key into it right now, and it shall be well with you.
Scriptures: Mathew 9:27-31; Mark 8:22-26; Luke 18:35-43; John 9; Mark 9:17-27; John 5:1-8.
God Almighty’s wish for you and me, His dear children, is that above all things, we should prosper and be in health, even as our souls, prospers, so stop allowing the devil, that vagabond, to deceive and tell you things otherwise {3 John 2}.
The Bible tells us, that Jesus Christ, is the same yesterday, and today and forever, so whatever we have seen Him do, during His earthly ministry, He is still doing today, and even much more, therefore, exercise your faith today, and receive your own healing miracles right now, in Jesus Mighty Name, for healing is the Children’s bread. {Hebrews 13:8}.
Congratulations!
Blessed Ejibros

Ndubuisi Morris
August 18, 2017 at 7:26 am
@holy just explain the truth, don’t mind the foolishness of @muhhamad. This is an age long fights between Kanuris and Fulani’s fighting for supremacy in Borno and environ, the Mais and Shehus of the Kanem Borno empires. The Fulani’s are using their position in Goverment to suppress the Kanuris who are mostly Boko haram. They disguise themselves fighting for implementation of Sharia codes for Muslims to gather favour and sentiments. Jihadist have taking over Nigeria, if the Yoruba’s don’t come together with Igbo’s to push this people back, they will rub us with this war. Blaming Igbo’s is out of points.
