Highlights From S’South, S’East Governors’ Meeting
The South-South and South East governors said on Sunday that they would continue to demand for the devolution of powers and resources to the states and also the institutionalisation of state police.
The governors, who met in Port Harcourt on the platform of the South-South, South-East Governors’ Forum, said that the demand was necessary now that there was a national consensus on the issues.

The truth is that nobody even the governors is representing us in anything again except Nnamdi Kanu. The governors are on their own personal opinion. Everything is per head. Time shall tell better. Gone are the days when they deceived us with their selfish ambition n interest

People went to collect their national identity cards, Primary elections went well, winners emerged. Governors held meetings and concludes that even if some groups are ranting, “Nigeria’s unity is settled and not negotiable”.
