Nnamdi Kanu’s Whereabouts: See The THREE Convoluted Options Court Gave Senator Abaribe
Senator Eyninnaya Abaribe, one of those standing as sureties to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Tuesday appealed to an Abuja Federal High Court for more time to produce the IPOB leader.
Abaribe, who is represented by his counsel, Ogechi Ogunna, said his appeal was predicated on the fact that he had no information about Kanu’s whereabouts.
Responding, the trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako said Abaribe had three options .
According to Nyako, Abaribe should produce the defendant in court and then apply to be discharged as a surety.
Secondly, Abaribe should be ready to forfeit his N100m bail bond and thirdly, the lawmaker was given time to produce the defendant in court.
Replying Justice Nyako, Ogunna said, “He (Abaribe) is not in a position to do any of these.”
But the judge maintained that Abaribe must opt for one of the three options.
Against this background, Ogunna opted to be given time to produce Kanu.
Abaribe, had earlier applied to be discharged as surety to Kanu, following his alleged disappearance.

I am surprised that Abaribe, a lawyer, should enter such a plea. It is either his counsel sold out or both he and his lawyer got their law certificates through sandwich programme and bereft of common sense.

Nnamdi KANU sureties should storm to court with representatives from amnesty international, U.N envoy, British embassy whom he adopted her national, EU observers israeli jewish representatives from israel prime minister and U.S Congress observers, to all storm the next court case with our sureties together with the video evidence in regard to Nnamdi KANU home invasion with bullets spray and massacre of 28 people, dog, in his home which lead to his kidnap.

This so called ibos are being cowed easily!! ,So Abaribe and his council can’t stand their ground to compel the court to order the military and buhari to produce Nnamdi KANU. If Nnamdi KANU was in the house that time of the attack that means they terrorist hired into Nigerian army used to kill by buhari has killed him. Now the court which is also a part of Buhari is frightening Abaribe and giving him conditions if Nnamdi KANU is not found. This is a well planned evil by buhari and his men to silence all the Igbos and this will qualify them as winners of the ,67 war. But if Igbo leaders keep quiet. Hmm sorry for all of them because soon Buhari will stop at nothing in reducing all of them to nothing.
