Jonathan Must Appear As Witness – Justice Abang Rules

Goodluck Jonathan

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday mandated its bailiff to serve former President Goodluck Jonathan with summons within five days.

Justice Abang Okon held that the order will enable Jonathan to appear in court to testify in the trial of former National Publicity Secretary of the People Democratic Party, PDP, Olisah Metuh.

The judge also ordered the prosecution to persuade the Department of State Security (DSS) to produce the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki in court at the next trial date.

Justice Abang Should Know That Olise Metuh Was Publicity Secretary Of A Party Not SGF. Why Not Look For Adamu Muazu The Then PDP National Chairman? This Is A Disrespect In The Justice System.
