BREAKING! Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial: See What Federal High Court Just Did

Nnamdi Kanu

The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday adjourned the trial of the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, until December 5. Kanu is being prosecuted alongside others on charges of treasonable felony.

The case was adjourned due to the absence of ‎the trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako, who was said to be attending the ‘All Judges’ Conference’ being held at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja.

Kanu was on Monday absent from court for the second time after the alleged invasion of his home in Abia State by the military on September 14, ‎since when he had been declared missing by his family.

His co-defendants and a serving Senator, Eyinnaya Abaribe, who is one of the three persons standing as sureties for the bail granted the IPOB leader, was however in court on Monday.

Kanu’s lawyer, Mr Ifeanyi Ejiofor, told the judge on October 17 that Kanu had been missing after soldiers allegedly invaded the IPOB leader’s home‎ on September 14, 2017, adding that the Nigerian Army was in the best position to produce the defendant.

INEC announced that more than 2 million people had registered to vote in Anambra State. Eventually, just about 400k voted while about 1.6 million people didn’t vote. Even in Kanu’s absence, people still obeyed his orders. What a leader.

‘All Judges’ Conference’ being held at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja???, So @Binta could not send out adjournment memo, to avoid people coming to Court.

Why are these Judges “running” away from this Case?
Why is it on the FG to keep postponing the Case, if actually the allegations are real?

I thought FG says it have evidence to Jail Nnamdi Kanu and Others, yet they will be giving a thousand and one excuses.

This is not only about the Igbo people, but as Nigerians we are all tired for been short-changed, de-mystified and consciously deconstructed.
Nigeria should be restructured among other things.
    God bless Afrika

Another adjournment by the Federal High Court. Does Justice Binta Nyako not have a diary for goodness sake ? . Did she not know that she would absent today “attending all Judges Conference” ? If so, why did she adjourn the hearing for 20/11/2017. This another proof that the Federal Government of Nigeria has no case against Nnamdi Kanu and his co-defendants. Or that it has no credible evidence against the defendants, otherwise there is no justifiable reason why this case has been adjourned several times for over 2 years. Is any one in doubt that the Nigerian Judicial system is a sham and not fit for purpose. It is indeed a disgrace ! For those APC journalists and Boko Haram political wing in the Nigerian Media house like Oriental Times, who report that “Kanu had not been seen since the Nigerian Military allegedly invasion of his house”, have you not seen REAL EVIDENCE of that atrocity at Nnamdi Kanu’s house, in still and video. There are ample of evidence showing the Nigerian military in action destroying and killing, yet you dispute this. but whether you agree or not the evidence is there for all to see.
