What Happened In Court Today During Trial Of Nnamdi Kanu, Others [VIDEO]
The prosecuting council led by Barr. Labaran Shaibu Tuesday December 5th ordered the Federal high court 4 Abuja to adjourn the supposed commencement of trial of the missing leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,Benjamin Mmadubugwu, David Nwawuisi and Chidiebere Onwudiwe. Reason been that him, Labaran Shaibu who is the prosecuting council traveled for an event abroad.
According to the defense council led by Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the purported reason shows how unserious and insincere the federal government is in the commencement of this trial if not, how can Labaran who also has other members of his council file such an empty motion even when he knows how interested the world wide is in this case, Ejiofor disappointingly asked.

Mohammadu Buhari and his APC Political wing of Boko Haram are not interested proceeding with this case because they know damn well that their evidence against our leader Nnamdi Kanu and the rest of the defendants are very weak , shallow and cannot stand the test of scrutiny our superior and well versed defence counsel lead by our very able defence counsel Ifeanyi Ejiofor. The Nigerian government has messed up herself in this case as in many other cases involving Biafran agitators. I predicted during their last no show in court when Justice Bina Nyako was report to be absent due to Judges’ conference in Abija. My question then was , did she not know that she would attending a conference that day and still fixed the hearing for the day ? I predicted that today’s hearing would yet be adjourned for some silly reason or other . They have adjourned again for February 2018. I can assure that they still not show up because they scared of being disgraced Ifeanyi Ejiofor and team. Mr Labran, did you not know that had ” conference to attend abroad” ? before today’s hearing. Why are are scared to come to court to present your case ? You are a disgrace !
