Many Feared Dead As Yoruba, Hausa Youths Clash In Lagos
Some persons were feared killed as Yoruba and Hausa youths clashed at Gida Panli, Kotomola, in the Ojota New Garage area of Lagos State.
Punch Newspaper reports that the clash broke out on Thursday after a Hausa youth reportedly beat up his Yoruba counterpart over a misunderstanding .
Some area boys in the area were said to have avenged the assault on the Yoruba youth, leading to the clash which spilled over to Friday morning .
Several motorcycles were destroyed in the melee while commercial activities in the neighborhood were paralysed.
Police have been drafted to the troubled spot to restore normalcy.
“There was a misunderstanding yesterday (Thursday ) between a Yoruba and Hausa youth. The Hausa guy reported him to some area boys in the area and they settled the issue.
“Afterwards, he went to attack the Yoruba man and beat him up. That made the area boys to be angry. They attacked the Hausa man and the clash started . Traders had to vacate the area and many Hausa people had been chased away.
“I learnt some people were killed , but I am not sure of the number yet . Police have been trying to restore normalcy,” a commercial driver in the area, Wale Ajayi, said.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chike Oti, confirmed the clash and promised to make more details public as events unfold.

Here’s a little history of what happens after governments have disarmed their citizens:

1956 – Cambodia disarmed its citizens, and between 1975 – 1977 they murdered 1 million Educated people.
1964 – Guatamala disarmed its citizens, and between 1964 – 1981 they murdered 100,000 Mayan Indians. ALL SOUTHERNERS IN NIGERIA MORE ESPECIALLY SOUTH EAST/SOUTH-SOUTH SHOULD TAKE THIS COMMUNIQUE VERY SERIOUS!!! The IG of Police has directed that civilians, vigilante groups, neighborhood watch security groups, hunters should surrender their firearms with the licenses in 21 days.
This order, relayed by Force PRO Jimoh Moshood, stated that failure to comply would result in raids and clampdowns, following by criminal prosecution for illegal possession of firearms.
The order has sent jitters down most Southern Nigerians, who perceive it as a sinister move aimed at disarming them so as to facilitate easy massacre and invasion by Fulanis who have killed no less than 3000 innocent Nigerians since 2015.
More shocking was the observation that no mention was made of disarming Fulani herdsmen who are armed with AK 47 assault rifles and sub machine guns, which are illegal firearms.
Rather the target of the order are law abiding, legally licensed owners of firearms. This is an urgent wakeup call to the South. This order must be massively resisted from all levels to protect ourselves and families.
Since the security machinery of Nigeria is in the hands of the Fulani, we cannot trust them to protect us or respond to distress calls if under attack.
Pls share this urgent message through out social media to alert the South of this impending danger.
