Senate President, Bukola Saraki Finally Arrives Senate Chambers, Lead Plenary

Nigerian Senate President, Bukola Saraki is currently in the Senate and is presiding over Plenary. The Senator reportedly outsmarted police officers that blocked his residence this morning and surprisingly appeared in the Senate complex.

Recall that ORIENTAL TIMES had earlier, reported today, that security operatives besieged the Maitama, Abuja residence of the Senate President as early as 7am and blocked his convoy as he was set to honour the police invitation at the force headquarters.

The Senate is currently in plenary as senators are talking on the floor of the Senate.
