NASS INVASION: Shoot All Of Us – Rivers Rep, Boma Goodhead Dares DSS [VIDEO]

A member of the House of Representatives, Boma Goodhead on Tuesday dared operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) to shoot her and others blocked from entering the National Assembly.
The lawmaker represents Asalga/Akulga federal constituency of Rivers State.
ORIENTAL TIMES had report the massive reinforcement at the entry, exit and within the premises.
The siege at the complex is alleged to be part of the plot to effect a change of the Senate leadership.
Infuriated that people were stopped from gaining access into the premises, Goodhead charged towards the DSS agents.
“Start shooting, shoot this gun”, she said pointing to operatives’ rifles.
“How many people can you shoot down here, how many?” she screamed.
However, the operatives kept their cool and said no word.
At a point in the video, a voice was heard appealing to Boma to calm down.
Meanwhile, lawmakers have forced their way into the complex.

I am not a football fan, as a matter of fact, but yesterday sounded like The Premier League. It was as if Arsenal whipped the floor with Barcelona and won the Premier League trophy. This is why we shouldn’t be in a hurry to analyse, comment or justify anything at the drop of a pin. Everybody wants to be the best analyst, commentator and everything, not just the best, the FIRST. That was how so many people ended up spreading news that Kwankwaso said he did not defect from APC, the problem is that the news was from last year, nobody even cared to check for the date.
In today’s politics, we have 4 group of people :
1. Those who love Buhari.
2. Those who hate Buhari because they feel he gets way to much love than deserved.
3. Those who hate Buhari.
4. Those who love Buhari because they feel hatred is targeted at him for no reason.
These four groups were the main players in yesterday’s political Premier League.
Naturally, when I heard that the DSS blocked the national assembly, my thought was that maybe there was an imminent threat, and they had no choice but move fast and unexpectedly. For that, I felt the whole political drama of screaming at the men manning the gate was unnecessary, they are not the policy makers, they are simply following orders. I felt they could have tried calling the director of the DSS, and if there is no response, they should direct their concerns to the office of the president to demand an explanation, but hey, we are Nigerians, if we don’t go bananas because someone looked at the spoon we are using to drink gari, call us bastards.
Before you say Dino, Buhari is already receiving all the blames and insults. Ra ta ta ta ta like a semi automatic machine gun. On the other hand, those supporting Buhari lost the patience of waiting, why not, they are also Nigerians. It’s analysis and counter analysis. The funniest part of it all is that Buhari is not even in the country, the vice president was manning the country.
By evening, Mr Vice president, a man of patience, intellect, wisdom and maturity got all the information he needed and fired the Director of DSS. I was hoping, well, since Buhari was the one at the receiving end, despite the fact that we all know he was not in town, he should now take credits for the rolling head. Na lie o! He started taking more fresh insults about being incompetent and knowing nothing about leadership, the same man who has no problem putting his vice in control, something I don’t think has ever happened in the history of Nigerian leadership. Story for another day.
Now, the hot talks on Buhari became that :
1. He directed the director of DSS to lock down the National Assembly, and when things didn’t go right, he fired the director.
2. He should not be given credit for what Osinbajo did
3. He gave Osinbajo the green light to fire DSS chief
The most important thing to note however is that nobody knows. We are not in Aso Rock, so we do not have first hand information about what exactly went down. But our love and hate has gotten us into this political zigzag.
At the end, we are all human beings. As a Buharist, with unapologetic support and loyalty to the man, I understand why he attracts so much love, and some who hate Buhari, hate him because we love him that much, yeah, that’s how twisted it is. But we just can’t help ourselves given the fact that for the first time in 16 years of Nigerian democracy, we have a leader that is not a thief and is doing all he can to prevent people from stealing Nigerian money. For the first time, we have a leader who is not abandoning past projects, but finishing them. So yeah, punch away.
But di wan wen pain me be say, no pasto or profet even warn us befo dis yawa gas fah! Infact, ayam in siviya pain!
