BREAKING: Popular PDP Chieftain And Former Minister, John Odey Is Dead

The former minister of environment, Chief John Omar Odey is dead. He died in in the early hours of Sunday in a Dubai hospital where he is receiving treatment on a cancer related illness.

A close brother and friends, Prince Offiono Akwaji (Akwase), the CEO of Loaded Global Limited confirmed the incidence to our correspondent in a telephone conversation.

He was a former minister of information and a former national publicity secretary of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He was also a one time Cross River State commissioner for agriculture and former state treasurer of the PDP.
