BREAKING: Court Sacks Ayogu Eze As Enugu APC Guber Candidate
A Federal High Court in Abuja has sacked Senator Ayogu Eze as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Enugu State.
In a judgment delivered Tuesday morning by Hon. Justice I Ekwo of the Federal High Court 5, the court asked the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to recognize Barr. George Ogara as the candidate.
He berated the committee sent by the APC NWC to conduct primary election in Enugu.
Reacting, Ogara said in Abuja that it was a victory for the people.
“We thank God that justice has come at last. I urge our party members to remain united as we go for victory in the forthcoming election,” Ogara said.

I Don’t want to write about Kanu. I Never intended to. But Reactions That Trailed his last Broadcast is Disturbing. It is nauseating as well. But you must Listen:
KANU might not be the Best of human. One might Detest everything about him. That is Based on Perception. But if one looks hard enough to evaluate Nnamdi Kanu’s Stance, Especially as it affects the election boycott, only then you would know he is making a lot of sense.
I have in all ramifications analysed his position – which is Boycotting the oncoming Election. I came to a simple Conclusion that that is the right call. But many lgbo who thinks they know so much but knows nothing want to bring Kanu to ridicule.
Note , l did not say those criticising KANU are outrightly wrong. No. But their position does not make that of Kanu wrong either. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THOSE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO BOYCOTT ELECTION, AND THOSE WHO WANT TO BOYCOTT lT lS THAT, WHILST THE FORMER WANTS A SHORT TERM BENEFIT, THE LATTER WANTS A LONG TERM ADVANTAGE – WHICH IS TOTAL FREEDOM.
Listen , Nobody , Especially international Community will never take you Biafrans Serious if you continue to Vote. You don’t expect Nnamdi to ask you to go and vote. It will ridicule his stance as a Freedom fighter. It will make mockery of his fight.
KANU said few things that caught my attention during his last Broadcast. Listen :
* “l never invented Election Boycott, Awolowo himself did Boycott an Election” ( Quoting the time in view).
* Again , He said , “You have been Voting since 1999, What happened”? I Take it from here. I ask you l-too-know Biafrans again, you have Been Voting since 1999 , what happened ? Has there been Justice since then ? Has anything Changed since then? Has Nigeria ever looked any better ? You that supports Atiku, what makes you trust another Fulani man suddenly? Did you forget that ur Obi would just be a Toothless Vice President?
If the Nigerian state is ready to tangle with lgbo, what is stopping them from allowing an lgbo ascend the Presidency? If the Nigerian state is ready to enthrone Justice , what is stopping them from Dredging the River that Houses the second Niger Bridge, so as to allow Shipments as in Apapa Ports? If the Nigerian state is serious , what is keeping them from allowing lgbo own a reputable international Airport as in the ones situated in Kano and Lagos ?
We all know that not voting would have it’s negative ramifications. But the good thing is that they would be Temporal and the noncompliance to Nigerian elections would have been Noted by the Record-Friendly international Community.
Kanu is right and in the right Direction.
