Twitter Unverifies VP Osinbajo’s Account

Micro-blogging social network, Twitter, has unverified the account of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, @ProfOsinbajo, amid speculation that there was an attempt to hack the account.

Checks on the handle as of the time of filing this report revealed only three tweets, which were retweets of an N-Power animation on August 3rd.

Osinbajo’s handle, which has been used to document his activities now has no history, photos or any semblance to the handle.

Also, his profile and header images have been removed.

While some suggest the VP was hacked, others claim he was suspended, but Twitter is yet to speak on the matter.
