JUST IN: Drama As IPOB Members In Japan Finally Attempt To ‘Arrest’ Buhari [VIDEO]
There was a serious drama on Tuesday as members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, in Japan stormed the residence of the Nigerian Ambassador in Tokyo where they claimed they came to arrest President Muhammadu Buhari and subject him to a DNA test.
ORIENTAL TIMES understands that leader of the group, Nnamdi Kanu had earlier stated that one Jubril Aminu al-Sudani is acting as Buhari’s impostor.
Kanu said that the alleged impostor whom he said is hiding in the residence of the Nigerian Ambassador in Tokyo would be arrested by members of his group in Japan and subsequently handed over to the Japanese authorities.
ORIENTAL TIMES reports that IPOB members stormed the Nigerian embassy which was heavily guarded by Japanese police saying they have come to arrest and carry out a DNA test on Buhari.
In a video sighted by ORIENTAL TIMES, one of the members of the pro-Biafra group said: “Buhari has no right to sit with Japanese Emperor”,
“We just want to do a DNA test. If he is the actual Buhari, then we will leave but if he is not the real Buhari, we will arrest him”.
