BREAKING: Appeal Court Sacks APC’s Senator Adeyeye

The Court of Appeal has sacked the Spokesman of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Dayo Adeyeye of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party.

The Appeal Court delivered the judgment on Wednesday in Kaduna, northern Nigeria, after an initial change of venue from Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.

The Court upheld the tribunal victory of Senator Abiodun Olujimi of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the valid winner of the Ekiti South Senatorial District election which took place on February 23.
