Real Madrid’s Latest Pogba Bid Includes €85m And Two First-Teamers

Real Madrid’s latest attempt to lure Manchester United into selling Paul Pogba includes €85million and two players moving in the opposite direction.

Zinedine Zidane spent all summer trying to bring his fellow Frenchman to the Bernabeu but is refusing to give up on his number one target.

A report on El Desmarque on Thursday claims that Florentino Perez wants to ‘shake the tree’ in January and get a deal for Pogba done.

And the report adds that the Real president has worked out a deal that the Red Devils may be tempted by.

It says that Perez is trying to bring down the €188m asking price that United have put on Pogba and is planning to offer €85m plus attacking stars James Rodriguez and Mariano Diaz.

Playmaker Rodriguez, who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Bayern Munich, has long been mentioned as a United target, while Diaz is a striker who is believed to have already caught the attention of United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The deal values the two players at around €100m, although United may not agree with that valuation and could hold out for either more money up front or better players as part of the exchange.
