Popular singer, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh popularly known as Peruzzi has stated that a man without money has no right to be horny.

Peruzzi is cousin to Davido’s fiancee, Chioma Rowland, who recently delivered the ‘Risky’ crooner’s first son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.

The Singer who is rumoured to be dating BBNaija’s Ceec, caused a stir on Twitter yesterday with his remark as some accused him of being poor until Davido picked him up.
