Flax seeds are also consumed as dietary supplement to prevent constipation, diabetes, cholesterol, cancer, and other conditions.

How To Prepare:

  1. Take about 1 spoon of flax seeds in a pan.
  2. Roast them on low flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Now grind it to make a fine powder of it and your flax seeds are ready for consumption.

How To Consume:
