‘Manhood Of Men Who Rape Toddlers Should Be Cut Off’ – Serwaa Amihere

A Ghanaian media personality, Serwaa Amihere has urged policy makers in the west african country to enact a law that will see rapist, especially those who molest toddlers to have their pen!s cut off.

In a tweet, Serwaa thundered, “What comes over some men to defile babies as young as 3? We need to cut off their penis!”.

Her plea reflects the sentiments of majority of women. It’s very heartbreaking to hear daily news often punctuated with stories about men defiling little children.
