Liverpool 2-0 Watford: Salah Nets Brace As Sloppy Reds Beat Bottom-Placed Hornets

Mo Salah scored two classy goals to give Liverpool another victory, but they had to ride their luck against bottom-placed Watford in a strange match at Anfield
Salah’s curling effort in the 37th minute put the Reds in front, finishing off a flowing counter attack.
Sadio Mane had a goal ruled out for offside early in the second half, before Salah made sure of the points with a fine flicked finish in the final minutes of the match.
Watford, in their first game under new boss Nigel Pearson, looked much improved and created several good chances but were wasteful in front of goal.
