Sowore Sends Strong Warning To Nigerian Govt Ahead Of Nnamdi Kanu’s Parents’ Burial

Convener of RevolutionNow movement, Omoyele Sowore, has issued a strong warning to Nigerian government ahead of the burial of the parents of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
Sowore warned the federal government not to harass or inflict any form of harm on IPOB members as their leader, Nnamdi Kanu prepares to bury his parents on Friday, February 14.
Sowore, the publisher of popular online news platform, SaharaReporters, made this call on micro-blogging site, Twitter on Tuesday.
“As @MaziNnamdiKanu prepares to conduct his parents burial next week, the Nigerian authorities must avoid molesting, harrasing or inflicting any form of injury or cause bodily harm unto our brothers/sisters of the #ipob family who continue to agitate peacefully for a homeland”, he tweeted.

It is unclear whether Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed IPOB group who fled from the country after the military invaded his home in Isiama Afaraukwu, Umuahia, will be around to bury his parents.
