JUST IN: House Of Imo Man Who Killed His Cousin In South Africa Set Ablaze In Nigeria
The house of a Nigerian who killed another Nigerian in South Africa has been set ablaze in Nigeria.
This was as the full names of the two Nigerians and their areas of origin in Imo State emerged.
While the victim was identified as Ife Odenigbo, his attacker, also said to be his cousin, has been named as Nwazugbo Nsofor.
Nsofor hails from Etiti village in Ubulu community, while the deceased hailed from Amorie village in the same community.
Reacting to the report backed by a video of the attack in Kempton Park, South Africa on Monday night at 7:30pm, the youths of Amorie village in Uburu community, Oru West Local Government Area of Imo State on Wednesday set ablaze a house belonging to Nsofor.
According to a report by The PUNCH, the youths, who were angered by the development, mobilised themselves and set the house of the suspect on fire.
The youths, according to the newspaper, also destroyed his property.
Reacting to the development, the spokesman of the Imo State Police Command, Orlando Ikeokwu, said that the police had begun a manhunt for those who set the house ablaze.
