Catholic Priest Fr. Ebube Muonso Pays Condolence Visit To Nnamdi Kanu’s Family [VIDEO]
The Spiritual Director of the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, Anambra State, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma, popularly known as Fr. Ebube Muonso, on Saturday, February 15, paid a condolence visit to the family of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, in Afaraukwu-Ibeku in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.
Kanu’s parents; late HRH Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and Lolo Ugoeze Sally Kanu were buried yesterday in their country home, Afaraukwu.
The burial had in attendance dignatries like Senate Minority Leader, Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, Former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, Senator Victor Umeh and Former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara amongst many other notable persons.
Arriving today at the palace of the late monarch to the delight of everyone present, Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Ebube Muonso was warmly received by Nnamdi Kanu’s younger brother Kanunta Kingsley Kanu, who at the moment is representing the IPOB leader as the first son of the Kanu’s family given his (Nnamdi Kanu’s) unavoidable absence.
ORIENTAL TIMES reports that Ebube Muonso condoled with the bereaved family and prayed for them.
Before leaving, the fiery Priest also prayed at the graveside of Kanu’s late parents and committed their souls to the hands of God.
