It’s Better To Be Happily Single Than Unhappily Married — Reno Omokri

Popular relationship counselor and social media commentator, Reno Omokri has released his usual nuggets on marriage.

This time, the pastor and former presidential aide says it is better to be single and happy than to be married but unhappy.

Reno also advised young people to start living their dream lives and stop waiting for their dream person while still suffering, because it’s almost impossible.

His words;

Stop waiting for your dream man or woman and start living your dream life. By the time you are fulfilling your dreams, you will be more likely to attract your dream person. How can you be suffering and expect your dream person? That is a nightmare!

It is better to be happily single, than to be unhappily married. There is more hope for you. You are already happy. You can still meet someone with whom you can be happy in marriage. But if you are unhappily married, your choices are limited.

Sadly, in today’s world, many consider it no big deal to lose their virginity outside marriage. But these same people will cry and mourn if they lose their phones. What have we become when things are more important to us than keeping God’s laws?

Some youths will reject a fairly used phone. Others will reject a fairly used car. But then they don’t mind sleeping around before marriage. What do you think you are giving your husband or wife on your wedding day, if not a fairly used spouse?

If keeping your virginity until marriage is not important, ask yourself why God chose Virgin Mary to bear His Child. Why did He not use Mary Magdalene, the repentant slay queen? Or the woman in John 4, who had had 5 husbands?
