VIDEO: Nigerian Man Shares Mother’s Hilarious Reaction After Telling Her ‘I Love You’

It is no news that African parents are not exactly role models for showing affection in words of affirmation.

This was once again reiterated after Twitter user, @muuftiahmad, shared a video of his mother.

In the video, @muuftiahmad who records the moment, can be heard telling her he loves her. However, rather than say the words back as is the norm, she hisses and turns away from the camera.

@muuftiahmad, perhaps accustomed to this, can be heard bursting into laughter at her reaction, which many have described as synonymous with African parents.
