BREAKING: Lagos Discharges Five More COVID-19 Patients

The Lagos State Government has discharged five patients who have been receiving treatment for coronavirus disease at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba.

A source in the Lagos State Ministry of Health, who preferred to be anonymous, said the details of the patients will be released later in the day.

With the recent development, six patients have been discharged in Lagos, the first being the Italian that brought coronavirus to Nigeria.

The PUNCH reports that no fewer than 68 confirmed cases have been confirmed in the state since the outbreak of the disease, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
