Marriage Is A Family Affair, Church Has No Role In It, Popular Pastor Says

Popular social media commentator and pastor, Reno Omokri has reiterated that marriage is strictly a family affair.

According to him, the church has no role to play in marriage as it only involves the couple and parents.

He restated his submission on Saturday via his verified handle on micro-blogging platform, Twitter.

Buttressing his stance, Omokri gave several Scriptural references.

He wrote;

“Scriptural marriage involves only the COUPLE and PARENTS. Marriage is a family affair. Church has NO role in it.
