Man Caught Selling ‘Elephantiasis Poison’ In Market In Abia Community [Photos]
A man was on Thursday morning caught in a market in Igbere, a community in Bende LGA of Abia State, where he was selling poison that is responsible for inflicting Elephantiasis popularly known as ‘Ótu-ere’ in Nigeria’s Southeast.
Oriental Times gathered that the man who was said to have come from a neighboring community, Alayi, was accosted by youths of Igbere community who beat him up and burnt his bicycle.
The youths after heavily descending on the man, sent him out of the community and asked him not to ever return again.
