Woman Caught Having S£× With Man In Public On Grass Outside Home [PHOTO]
A randy woman has appeared in court after she was caught having s.ex with a man on a grass verge outside homes.
A woman had received the shock of a lifetime when she looked out of her window to see a couple making out on a grass verge outside her home.
Initially the occupant thought she was witnessing a sexual assault and called the police, however Blackburn magistrates heard that when officers arrived, they had to separate the amorous couple who were both willing participants.
The court was told that before they got down to business the pair had been trying car doors as they walked down Otterburn Road, Blackburn.
Corallena Loveridge, of Fowler Height Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency, vehicle interference and failing to comply with post-sentence supervision.
In 2019 Loveridge appeared at the same court over an incident at Royal Blackburn Hospital where she flashed her breasts in the A&E department.
The 31-year-old, who is now pregnant, was made the subject of a community order for 12 months with 10 days Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and a curfew for eight weeks between 7pm and 7am for her latest offending.
She was also ordered to pay £50 compensation for the distress caused to the female witness and £95 victim surcharge and fined £80 for failing to comply with post-sentence supervision.
Peter Kelly, prosecuting, said the male involved had already been dealt with for outraging public decency and theft from a motor vehicle.
He said police were originally called by a man who had seen the couple trying car doors on March 3 last year. Shortly after the female witness looked out and saw the couple engaged in sexual intercourse on a grass area across from her house.
“Initially she feared for the woman’s welfare but it became clear she was a willing participant,” said Mr Kelly.
“When officer arrived they had to break up the activity and they said it was clear the defendant was heavily intoxicated.”
When she was interviewed Loveridge said she had taken a mixture of alcohol and drugs and was heavily intoxicated.
She said she was sorry and embarrassed about what had happened and accepted that if she had been the witness she would have been shocked as well.
Gareth Price, defending, said his client was pregnant and due to give birth in May.
“In recent weeks she has been co-operating with her offender manager, has re-engaged with the drug and alcohol services and is back on a script,” said Mr Price.
“She is doing her best to get her life in order.”
