Sept 14 Sit-At-Home: Army, DSS, Police Team Up Against IPOB

army - military

Ahead of the planned sit-at-home on Friday, heads of various security agencies in Imo State yesterday said they had adequately garnered their officers to deal with the September 14 sit-at-home declaration by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.

The decision was taken in a joint security meeting at the Imo Police headquarters, in Owerri, which lasted for about an hour.

Those at the meeting included the Imo State Commissioner of Police, Dazuki Galadanchi; 34 Artillery Brigade Commander, Obinze; and H. I Bature, Director of Department of State Services, DSS.

Others were Controller Nigeria Customs; Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC; Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC; Nigeria Air Force; Nigeria Navy; Nigeria Immigration Service; and Nigeria Prisons Service, NPS, among others.

Galadanchi told newsmen that the essence of the meeting was to ensure that “members of IPOB do not use the sit-at-home order to cause trouble.

“The heads of all the security in Imo state are working together. We are here to tell the world that we are saying no to the proposed sit-at-home order on September 14, by IPOB,” he said.

If Nigeria government is truly sending soldiers to the Southeast to avert sit-at-home decision of the IPOB, I can only called the worst decision of the century.

It clearly shows that this administration lacks the will to follow democratic principles of diplomacy, negotiations and constructive discussions.

Anyway, Buhari applies the use of force to the stocks of Southeast but it definitely shows his idiosyncrasies and administrative delusions.

Troops were not sent to confront Fulani herdsmen who were killing Nigerians unabated with impunity but Buhari and his administration continued to defend the Fulani herdsmen, the internationally recognized terrorists groups known as the fourth most deadly terrorist group in the world. Yet Buhari technically backed them, felt for them but he cannot feel for the Southeast region he was part of the miscreants that devastated it via the civil war.

The wrath of God coming for judgment perpetrated against any oppressed parst of the Nation. God is respecter of nobody and when arise no one can withstand him. A good example is Sani Abacha and God will always fight for the oppressed whether from the East, or West, or South, or North.

Go to their various houses and kill them for obeying the sit at home order. That is what you are good at doing. Just sit at home order is giving you sleepless night but I heard that headsmen engaged your men on shootout instead of you to reinforce and go and disarm the headsmen you are here going on series of meeting to kill people observing sit at home. Senseless security chiefs. One day you will push Ipob to carry arms to defend themselves and that will be good for lifeless leaders of APC
