Those Comparing Kanu To Jesus Are Enemies Planted Within Us By DSS, Politicians – IPOB
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) says “enemies” planted in its group were responsible for comparing Nnamdi Kanu to Jesus Christ.
In a statement on Sunday, Emma Powerful, spokesperson of IPOB, claimed that the Department of State Services (DSS) and unnamed politicians were behind a plot to defame Kanu.
Powerful said Kanu is a Christian and will never challenge the authority of God.
“It is dangerous comparing him with God Almighty or Jesus Christ. It is the work of enemies planted within us by DSS and some politicians. Those involved in this ridiculous scandal and deformation of character will fail without delay and God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama must deal with them,” the statement read in part.
“Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader in his life never challenged the authority of God Almighty who created Heaven and earth or Jesus Christ the son of God even the spirit.
“Nnamdi Kanu is a Christian and cannot blaspheme God Almighty and his son Jesus Christ, those using his name as saviour, messiah and Jesus are misinformed and uneducated because he never asked them to do so.”
Powerful further said it was not the wish of Kanu to boycott the Anambra governorship election but that of the eastern part of the country and IPOB members who visited him in Umuahia.
“The boycott of election in Anambra State come November this year was not the making of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rather the wish of eastern Nigeria and IPOB members who visited him in his home town Umuahia, where the people told him that they don’t need election again in Biafra land and they are ready to boycott election because since the creation of Nigeria they benefited nothing in Nigeria elections except killing, riots and humiliation from our politicians,” it read.
“Since the announcement for the election boycott in Anambra state, the federal government and their agent the DSS mapped out strategies and huge amount of money sharing to destroy and tarnish the image of Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB in general, those with this stupid story on social media platforms should retrace their steps because they will fail.”

This was exactly what I saw in my dream. Even though I don’t so much believe in dreams. In my dream, I was one of those looking for Nnamdi Kanu to dialogue with Trump. American government through TRUMP was ready to give us our freedom. But Nnamdi Kanu was busy enjoying the praises of men and also his religion. I cried so much in that dream because Trump himself gave us American flag . But we who received the flag could not do anything with it. IPOB IS NOT A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION
It has come to the notice of the Family Writers Press that some
groups of gullible saboteurs and enemies of light have been
going round, making some derogatory and blasphemous
statements, trying to link the sacred image of the supreme
leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra {IPOB}, Mazi Nnamdi
Kanu and the entire Biafran struggle to religion.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has never for one day refer himself as Jesus
neither does Biafra agitation have any religious undertone
whatsoever. Linking IPOB supreme leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as
Jesus is not just barbaric but also malicious, obnoxious and
detrimental to the image of Jesus Christ. This is a means of
diverting the attention of the good people of Biafra who are
mainly Christians from the fact that Christ is the Saviour of the
world whereas the IPOB leader was anointed by the Almighty
Chukwuokike whom Christ is the Son.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was sent to liberate Biafrans from the
shackles of the Hausa-Fulani oligarchy. He is here to restore the
true identity of Biafrans which existed before the coming of the
British. Biafra restoration is for the purpose of liberation and
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the anointed messenger.
There is no doubt that everyone has his or her freedom of
worship no matter the kind of religion of anyone’s choice.
Having known that, it will interest us to let the blessed people of
God{BIAFRANS} to know that those blasphemers are trying to
corrupt their interests of pulling out of slavery by exulting Mazi
Nnamdi Kanu above Jesus in order to bring the agitation to
ridicule.
We must also note the great danger that will befall us, should
we fail to resist every form of divide and rule antics by all the
dead on arrival jihadists who have vowed to islamize us via the
help of our good for nothing eastern leaders.
Nnamdi Kanu is God’s sent and we all know that. His passion
and love for Biafrans made him reject all kinds of material
wealth offered to him by agents of slavery known as the
advocates of one Nigeria. He made this sacrifice so that we
might be free and have liberty including the generations unborn.
We should beware and be more reasonable enough to note that
those ranting and referring him as Jesus or exalting him above
Jesus are doing that in order to cause commotion so that our
enemies will use the avenue to score cheap goals.
We are the Indigenous People of Biafra {IPOB}, a formidable
group of freedom fighters, the chosen children of Chukwu
Abiama {GOD} and our leader is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and he does
not have any other name besides the one given to him by his
parents which we all know. We do not and shall never have
anything to do with religious interference or any other agenda
other than to restore Biafra.
