Atiku Presents Buhari’s Academic Qualification Form At Tribunal

Atiku Abubakar has tendered President Muhammadu Buhari academic qualification form which is part of the form containing the president‘s personal information.

Daily Trust reports that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party who is challenging Buhari’s victory in court presented the form on Monday, July 8.

Levy Uzoukwu who is Atiku and PDP’s lead counsel tendered Form CF001 before the presidential elections petitions tribunal.

He also tendered receipt and acknowledgement letter from the INEC director of legal, which were all admitted in evidence by the tribunal.

Atiku stated that Buhari deposed to an affidavit where he “claimed that all his academic qualification documents as filled in his presidential form, President APC 001/2015 are currently with the secretary Military Board.”

Meanwhile, Atiku has commenced the presentation of witnesses at the presidential election petition tribunal as he invited Buba Galadima.

Galadima has been a fierce critic of President Buhari and serves as spokesperson of the PDP presidential campaign team.

Also, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, made an appearance at the proceeding.

This is the first appearance of the chairman of the ruling party. In contrast, the chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus, has been attending the proceedings.
