Pope Lifts Papal Secrecy For Sex Abuse Cases
Pope Francis has waived the ability to cite papal secrecy in dealing with sexual abuse cases, the Vatican said on Tuesday in a statement.
So-called “pontifical secrecy” is a rule of confidentiality designed to protect sensitive information related to the governance of the Roman Catholic Church.
In the new instruction, Pope Francis said the pontifical secret will also no longer bind those working in offices of the Roman Curia to confidentiality on other offenses if committed in conjunction with child abuse or child pornography.
Witnesses, alleged victims, and the person who files the report are also not bound to obligations of silence, the instruction states.

Are all religions false?
Almighty God whose name and only name is YHWH did not create mankind on earth so that everyone would oppose him. Again, no one will be doing their own supposedly will and remaineth guiltless. No, from day one, Almighty God placed law before everyone including the Angels in heaven. Almighty God has given laws for good moral behavior. Regrettably, many link God to religion and believe his law is religious law. This is not fair and right because limiting Almighty God who is King and Lord together over all is utter denial of his sovereignty.
In fact, Almighty God is King of kings over all. His Kingdom endures forever! Almighty God is Spiritual and truth drives Him. No person is spiritual without abiding in truth. Therefore, obedience is tied to truth and exercise in action. Obedience demands there is what must not be done or the defaulter risks penalty for eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Again, I find it interesting that love is tied to truth.
Almighty God wants mankind to do what is right and live at peace but doing what is not right attracts severe consequences or death. Adam and Eve did not know what consequence of disobedience was or death penalty until they violated God’s law. We must understand that Almighty God did not create mankind as robots. No, he created us with intelligence to reason and to abide by his defined rules. In obeying God, there is no compulsion but disobedience is serious.
Everyone will agree that the Eve was deceived to disobey but what about Adam? Is everyone not suffering the action of their disobedience till this day. Did we know that the actions of Adam and Eve had been scheduled to the destruction of the world? There is no doubt that Almighty God rules over the world, whether anyone believes or rejects it. Nations rise and fall because of degeneracy, sin and rebellion are instruments.
Interestingly, the Most High has limit to degeneracy, bad governance and injustice. This is called Full Cup Principle. In Genesis 15, Almighty god said to Abram, until the sin of the Amorites reached it full measure before he would bring Israel into the land. Full Cup Principle affirms that when evil practices reach a point that redemption seems impossible, and for the sake of succeeding generation, Almighty God will step in and clean up the evil people. Zooming time to when the Saviour was on earth (27-30 AD), he said to the Jews, you made void the laws of God for the sake of your traditions (laws of men) and in vain do you worship me. The word worship simply means obedience. Similarly, the Saviour says, I am the Way, the truth and the Life. Do these two statements sound religious really? Is truth, religion? In fact, religion should come into be by accepting truth and without truth the religion is false. The scripture speaks regarding seven religious systems in the world. They have defiled all corrections and have been declared false for wearing names of blasphemy. They are Atheism, Heathenism, Agnosticism, Islam, Judaism, Christianity and Protestantism. So, tell me which religion is not horrible!
In Matthew 15:1-9 KJV, the Saviour said to the Jewish elders who came to him: Read texts: Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. But he answered and said unto them, why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death. But you say, whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, it is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightiest be profited by me; And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. You hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, these people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship (obey) me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”
Ten commandments covenant of God is the Constitution of the Universe. Everyone abides by the ten commandments, including the Creator. He is not above his laws. He is Covenant-keeping. Is mankind covenant keep or covenant breaking? It happens that mankind chooses to pick which elements he wishes from the eternal laws of Most High God whose name is YHWH. There is no other name which anyone calls that is right because Moses who encountered him in Horeb did not name him. Therefore, if anyone chooses to call him God, he is not just God, all of us are also Gods (Psalm 82:6), for we are their Juniors with limited intelligence, knowledge, and power and strength. Our Maker is God Almighty for He is bigger, greater, larger and higher than all men and creation. He is not just God. He does not share his name with anyone. He would not be answering God and his creatures be answering God.
When we understand everything YHWH commanded Israel, it is certain that every nation derives her laws and sundries from only two set of Laws namely; Ten Commandments and Civil right laws. It is unfortunate that nations pick just few items from God’s laws and abandon others. It is not surprising that two-third of humanity will certainly be destroyed at the end. Mankind has forsaken the Laws of Almighty God for its traditions. Amazingly, Creator of life is the Saviour of man who died for our salvation but mankind prefers gifts more than the Giver. What a misplaced priority? Revelation 13:2-3 represents religions in the world using heads or hills. Hill refers to where people look up to the knowledge and understanding of their Creator. It happens that the heads were names of blasphemy, portraying all the hills to be apostate and serving Gods of worldly creation. The religions are Atheism, Heathenism, Agnosticism, Islam, Judaism, Christianity and Protestantism. Even the seven different assemblies mentioned in Revelation 2&3, each of them is laced with hypocrisy and apostasy. All have gone in the way of devil, thus agencies of deception.
Revelation 13:8-10 concludes saying, “All inhabitants of the earth will worship (obey) the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world. Whoever has ears, let them hear. “If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed.” This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people. Therefore, this Writer believes every reader is a true child of God. Are you? Therefore, end time events will decide between hearing from God and receiving his seal or obeying the beast and receiving the mark of the beast (Antichrist). This exercise will be accomplished using the gospel of the Kingdom (Matthew 24:14). Does everyone know that this gospel of the Kingdom is outlined in Revelation 14:6-12? I hope this helps!
