Police Arrest Billionaire Businessman, Cletus Ibeto

The police command in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja allegedly arrested Nnewi-based billionaire business magnate, Chief Cletus Madubugwu Ibeto on Thursday, January 23rd, 2020.

Elombah News reports that Ibeto was arrested following a petition written against him by a resident of Nnewi over attempted murder, assault, threat to life, unlawful demolition of properties of a 104-year-old widow.

According to the news platform, Ibeto was arrested alongside nine others but was granted administrative bail and released after interrogation.
