American CEO Cuts His Salary From $1.1m To $70k, Increases Entire Staff Salary To $70k

Dan Price, the CEO of Gravity Payments, a card payment company in Seattle, United States, have revealed five years after he introduced a $70,000 minimum salary for all of his 120 staff – and personally took a pay cut of $1m, the gamble paid off.

Still on the minimum salary, Price, 35,revealed that he is now happier than before in the company improved and he even increased salary of some staff to $100,000.
