Third Lagos Coronavirus Suspected Case Tests Negative
The third suspected case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Lagos State has turned out negative after testing on Friday.
This was announced on Friday by the Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Professor Akin Abayomi.
Two out of the three suspected cases had earlier been confirmed negative by the Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, on Friday morning.
Abayomi, in a tweet on Friday evening, said the third suspected case had also turned out negative.
“All the three #COVID19 suspected cases; travellers from France, England and China whose samples were collected yesterday for analysis have tested negative and they have been discharged,” he said.
