Singer Timaya Arrested Over Hit-And-Run (Video)
Inetimi Alfred Odon, a popular artist better known by his stage name Timaya, was accused of hitting a woman with his car on Wednesday.
According to reports, the singer drove away despite being aware of what he had done.
Timaya was unable to be reached despite numerous attempts by the victim’s sister, who went by the Instagram handle whyte 26, to get in touch with the singer.
The artist went as far as blocking the victim’s sister, who had messaged him on Instagram, from further communication.
According to reports, the victim sustained major injuries to her body as a result of the accident, and she is currently in the hospital.
A recent viral video shows the moment the musician was arrested by a group of police officers in what looks to be his residence.
