Man Utd Report More Positive Coronavirus Cases With PL Game Against Brighton In Doubt

Manchester United have reported more positive coronavirus cases after the squad returned to training.
The club had shut the first-team areas of the training ground earlier this week after recording a number of positives, forcing the club to postpone their scheduled trip to Brentford.
According to Mail Online, more positive cases have been registered, placing Ralf Rangnick’s side’s next Premier League match against Brighton in doubt.
Graham Potter’s Seagulls are due to visit Old Trafford in the early kick-off on Saturday 17 December, but it is not clear if that fixture will be played, with the club keeping the Premier league informed of developments.
According to The Telegraph, United currently have 19 players and staff self-isolating, but not all are first-team related.
This news comes after the Manchester Evening News reported that 17 first-team players were spotted arriving at Carrington on Wednesday morning, December 15.
